Do I need to create an Account on https://patuoreta.com to place an order?

Yes. To provide better solutions and updates regarding the assessment, it's compulsory to create an account.

There are various benefits of creating an account on https://patuoreta.com, such as information on promotions and products, as well as special offers to registered customers.

You also won't have to input your address on new assessments unless there is a change in address. You can also log in and review the order history of all the assessments done under your account.

What is Nurture, SS Infotech, Aadhya Academy, and what is their relationship with https://patuoreta.com?

Nurture, SS Infotech, Aadhya Academy etc are offline Authorized Assessment centres of Patu Oreta for Education, assessment and career building, along with their own other specific support in the field of Education.

Can I order the assessment online and do the assessment from your partner centres nearest to me?

You cannot order an assessment online and complete it at a partner centre. All Assessments ordered online must be completed directly on the website at https://patuoreta.com.

How do I track my assessment once it is placed?

Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation on Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number

Step 2: As soon as the assessment is started you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the Assessment ID details.

I want to Place bulk orders or need some specific Assessment, whom do I contact?

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What are the payment options that I can avail of while placing an order?

The following modes of payments are available

- Domestic and international credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa & Mastercard Network

- Debit Cards

- Netbanking/Direct Debit payments from select banks in India.

- UPI Wallets

A full list of Payment options are available at the time of Checkout and prior to making payments for purchases.

How do I know that my credit/ debit card payment is safe?

Payments are accepted through certified third party payment gateways.

These gateways are certified for all security aspects and are PCI-DSS compliant.

What do I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry and ensure information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) & that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7-14 business days. You can write to us on our contact page with your order number for any clarification.

Can I pay through Net banking? What is the procedure?

Yes, one can pay through net banking. You need to select net banking as an option on the checkout page and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. You will need to select net banking and the bank you wish to pay from and make the payment.

Does https://patuoreta.com offer an EMI option?

No, The EMI facility will be activated soon.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS/REFUNDS

Can I change my assessment credit purchase once it has been placed?

We don’t accept changes in the Assessment once they are credited. However the credit can be transferred to friends and Family members for Individual users. These changes are at the sole discretion of Patu Oreta

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 4 Hours of placing the order.

To cancel your order, kindly write to us through the contact page with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number.

Our team will call you and confirm the cancellation.

We will be deducting the cancellation charges, payment gateway charges for the same.

When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation ?

Refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the gateway.

https://patuoreta.com does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund. The refund will be credited back between 7-14 days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it’s a credit card.

You will receive email intimation from https://patuoreta.com about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status.

What is your exchange policy?

Once assessments are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. In case you are dissatisfied with an assessment, please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time the Assessment has been done. Please understand that it's a self-assessment and the result depend on your answers.
